Brigadier N S Mukherjee, SM, VSM (Retired)

Partner of the Agency named Bengal Security Academy, Brigadier Mukherjee had an outstanding career in the Indian Army and was approved to the rank of Major General. A highly decorated soldier, he qualified on the Security & Fire Prevention course with grading "DISTINGUISHED" from the National Institute of Security, Safety Management and Applied Technology (NISSMAT). Brigadier Mukherjee brings with him his vast experience on security matters to the Academy and is now the Chief Instructor, Security Consultant and Chief Technical Advisor of the Agency.

Mr. Sudip Bandopadhya

General Secretary of the Howrah Chapter of the Boy Scouts of India, Mr. Sudip Bandopadhya works for a corporate organization and specializes in Searching & Verifying Land claims & details. He also brings to bear his vast experience in security related counseling. He is a visiting faculty member of the Academy.

Mr. S. K. Bhattacharya, LLB

A practicing High Court lawyer, Mr. Bhattacharya contributes to the training forces having designed a model which helps security guards and agency staff to understand their legal rights and also helps in educating them regarding finer legal points with regard to filing of FIR, investigations and inquiry. He is an active faculty member of the Academy.

Mr. Gautam Sureka

Partner of the agency and an entrepreneur of long standing and experience, Mr. Sureka has designed a model lecture cum practical activity which teaches Security Guards and the Supervisors the finer points of customer care and customer security, as well as trouble shooting by security staff called upon to carry out multi faceted roles at work sites. Mr. Sureka is actively involved in training at the academy.
