Bengal Security Academy provides training at three levels for
the security personnel's -
- New Entrant & Orientation Training
- Specialized Training
- Advanced Training
Bengal Security Academy has its own classrooms and training facilities. We have
developed our own training tools and manual. The syllabus is in conformity with
the West Bengal Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules 2007.
Duration of the training
Private security guards are required to undergo 100 hours of classroom training
and 60 hours of physical training as mandated by the Act and Rules 2005 / 2007.
Ex servicemen and retired police and Para military personnel are also required to
undergo 60 hours of reorientation training.
At Bengal Security Academy the training capsule has been spread over 24 days i.e.
four weeks. Candidates will undergo 6 hours of classroom training and 2 ½ hours
of physical training every day.
Fee Structure
The fee structure depends on the course.
Mess & Hostel Facility
Messing and hostel facility can be provided for outstation candidates at reasonable
rates.
Placement Facility
The Academy develops its own business and assists in placing its trained guards.
The guards can expect wages, which are by far the best in the industry. Grade “A”
guards who meet standards laid down by the Act and Rules 2005 / 2006 and are multilingual
with good bearing and have minimum civil qualification of Class 12 are likely to
start with Rs.7000/- per month.
